		<description>It&#039;s a well-known restaurant fact that these signs are put up to reassure the patrons, not to encourage staff to wash their hands. I was at a diner recently and saw the waiter pick up a little container of cream cheese that had fallen face down on the floor and put it back on the plate before serving it to a customer. Hand-washing is the least of your dining worries.</description>
