		<description>Great article Whitney, as always. &lt;br&gt;Thanks for sharing your experience and for all the interesting links at the end!&lt;br&gt;I find #5. Have empathy really challenging as many times you can’t get the answers you need in order to understand the interface you have to design.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I strongly agree with #13 Make actions reversible though is one of the most neglected.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;What I would add on the list is to try to design long lasting interfaces rather than just try to achieve the current requirements where &amp;  if that’s possible.</description>
